Timesheets are available in the cloud
Hello everyone,
Many of you asked me about a template for encoding their timesheet. So, I customised a version accepted by the EU and I put it in the cloud. I'll put an updated version every month in the cloud but you can also update it yourself by changing the month and the first date of the calendar.
So, if you are fully paid by the project, you should fill the hours spent on each work package and also on other projects (EU, external or internal).
If it is possible for you, could you gather one single file by institution and one sheet per person? That would ease the calculation of metrics.
As planned by the EU, I remind you that the timesheets should be validated monthly. Please make sure you are on track with the timeline.
